Following up with trainees is so simple with TransferLogix^TM.  The TransferMeter module reminds trainees of their action goals and collects feedback from them on what kind of followup support they need.  Send it out as often as you would like between the training program and the time you actually measure transfer.  It is fully configurable by you.  You can also choose whether to use our standard followup questions of input your own. And, you can put in action goals for the whole group, or let trainees input their own personal action goals, or a combination of both.  It's all up to you.

 

Then track the results across time for the group as a whole or person by person----and print it, download it, or share it electronically with the participants.
