TransferLogixTM has a database of transfer strategies linked to each of the 16 LTSI factors.  Possible action strategies are produced based on the factors identified as barriers in the LTSI.

But TransferLogixTM goes a step further.  After you review the possible strategies you can select those appropriate for your organization and send them out in a poll to your trainees so they can tell you what will help them the most.

Trainees are asked to select their TOP FIVE strategies only so that the result is a short list of high impact actions the trainers can implement to create transfer immediately.

 

 

Mini-LTSI

Finally, if you wish you can send out a mini-LTSI later to see if your transfer improvement interventions worked. The mini-LTSI contains only the survey items related to the factors contained in the five action strategies. Typically this will be only 6 - 10 survey items. Think of this step (which is optional) as a post-test on your transfer improvement strategies.
